Today I want to share with you how I make some artworks. Here is a work in progress but with enough steps to understand how I do stuffs.
The basic idea came in the train, I made a rough sketch with a good base and plenty of details. Nobody wants to forget something so I try to place all the details really soon. The other steps shows two research of styles and mediums to express en render the idea.
Creativity & time are two of some components of art. The process of creation comes from the inside not just the brain I guess but from deep inside. Everybody can see & feel things differently, there is a hundred ways to express it. The key represent the capacity to bring our vision to others, when I want I can open the door of my mind and show the wonders of colors and creativity. The skeleton, living dead man is for the time aspect, art is timeless when it will survive his creator. Physically or as a souvenir in the houses or the minds of others.
Hope you will love it.
A little moving extra. DISCO DISCO! A magic GIF! Clic twice on the picture.
It’s been a while since the last update, I apologize for the lack of updates. I am kind of busy but be patient dear friends and I will not be dissapointed.
So tonight 2 artworks I have done for the one night release event at the Artoyz Galerie in Paris, for the release of the vinyl&co documentary and be the way me first vinyl collectible toy.
I have done this two artworks base on the posters that have dazzled me when I was young, but when I have seen the movie at my young age I was a little scared and fascinated by the cool giants.
To pay hommage to the great Reynold Brown, I made a Tibisho version of the intergalacticly famous attack of the 50ft women, 50ft of greatness and awesomeness, the only thing that could be more awesome is a metal unicorn that could split fire and luchy charms at the same time, which fool could say « no thanks no 50ft lady please ».
And the second one is an hommage the art of Edgar wallace with the coolest monkey EVER! The biggest of the biggest and a real gentleman who decided one day to serve and protect a pretty lady, at all costs. Pure genius!
Hi everyone! Best wishes and a lot of fun and laughter in your lifes for 2011, hope the best is yet to come and I just wanted to thanks everyone to come and check out my stuffs during the past 2010 year.

Great news! Last week was the official launch of the Vinyl & co documentary made by JAC&JOHAN.
Here is the thing as the documentary speaks on the culture of collectible toys around the world and its massive expansion trough the last years, I was invited to design a vinyl toy, as you may call « kaiju » for the aficionados which is sold in a special pack= DVD+toy. Isn’t it amazing? I also did the cover illustration of the box and the box.
TIBISHO is born on 9th december of 2010, and here is some paperworks I have made for the promotion and the one night special event for the release.
You can find TIBISHO special version (only 200) at artoyz.com or in all the fnac stores for the black version. This pack is available for 45 euros with both DVD and vinyl toy ( 14cm ) in these stores or maybe next to your house, so go check it out.
A collectible vinyl toy that I have design for the documentary « Vinyl&Co » available December 2th. The french label Artoyz Original is the producer of the toy and I am very proud of this project and nervous, it is not an easy task to create a cool character.
More pics coming really soon, maybe next week who knows !
Here for my French talking folks the article on Artoyz.com announcing the all project.
